Community Dance
(Jungle Boogie)

Here are a couple of photos from the dance/silent auction that we held last Friday, April 13th. Notice that everyone has on official Jungle Boogie T-shirts!
At the Snack Shack, we had nachos and slurpee machines for refreshments. A parent donated the machines, ingredients, and worked the station all night. Starbucks donated the coffee. We had George of the Jungle Gift Shop with monkey charms, monkey bubbles, monkey finger puppets, and monkey tattoos. There was also the "Photo Hut". It was all a huge hit.
I had each class design a quilt square and my sister sewed a monkey quilt for Ty as a gift and reminder of the evening.
We have a great community at Mt. View as you can tell by the $$ raised for NNPDF and Karen will be sending you a check as soon as the PTA deposits it and cuts her a check.
